The 12 week off season program is divided into 3 phases. You can see what’s inside each week below.
The first phase enables you to build a strong foundation and makes sure that your results will last longer.
By focusing on building strength and stabilizing muscles you will enhance your performance and reduce risk of injury.
After these weeks you will get an optimal base to keep building on.
During the second phase, the program shifts towards developing explosive strength and power.
This part will start working towards jumping higher, sprinting faster and moving quicker by increasing fast-twitch muscle fiber activation.
This will bring you that athletic edge on the court.
The final phase concentrates on plyometric training and agility drills and will move the needle to really outperform your competitors.
By enhancing your ability to perform multi-directional movements, change of direction and reaction time your progression will immediately transform to actual game situations.
You will by the end of these weeks stand out on the court.
